Description:

Brahmacharini Shubhani Chaitanya will be conducting this program in hybrid format. This program will be held in person, but will also be accessible online.

In this text, Swami Chinmayananda takes us through the thought process necessary to gain control of our inner world. He shows us the logic of meditation and then teaches specific techniques for applying this practice in our daily lives. When meditation becomes natural to us, we truly transform, remaining calm and still amidst the dynamic and changing world.

Audience

This class is for Chinmaya Yuva Kendra and Chinmaya Setukaris. Chinmaya Setukaris are the bridge builders between the youth (CHYK) and Bala Vihar parents and more senior members of the Chinmaya Mission family. Typically in the age group of 29-40, this group is characterized by outgrowing youthful energy and seekers interested in transforming ideas into practical mainstream life realities.
